Kids.
These kiddos rocked my socks: their laughter, love and personality played into these photos so much and made it a blast to capture all their colors. My favorites were a back-to-school session with this calm lady, a dazzling annual update from a spirited girl, and a one year old's photo session chock full of instantaneous moments. The outdoors brought out all these little ones glamour and I enjoyed every second of catching it!
This sweet pea turned one-year-old and her photo shoot was my overall FAVORITE this fall. She loved playing with her mom and dad in the park while looking at me with all types of faces and personality to make these two gorgeous photos. I love, love, love Miss Sofia! She will be one amazing woman someday :)
Couples.
Couple sessions are the world's best gift to those who are soul mates for one another. The love shown in these pictures warmed my heart, both during and after the session when I was editing! My favorite shoot was Dan and Sarah's in Southeast Park. Their vibrant smiles and laid-back nature is obvious in these casual photos. Below are three of my absolute favorites from their session, AND a gorgeous black and white of the two most genuine people I've ever met. Their love, support and affection for one another was inspiring to capture :)
Individuals.
There were way to many individual portrait sessions this fall to pin it down to one.
The first you'll see in Katie Karch, a great IU Independent Council member who was up for anything and looked the part. We shot these images in the wooded area in Dunn Woods, by the IU Sample Gates. I LOVE her style and the modern images that came from it.
And finally, a sweet surprise of a senior at Harmony High School - we climbed over quarry rock and nabbed these beautiful shots. Her demeanor was so serene and the location was captivating. It was the most fun I've had at a session and the two you'll see below we're my absolute favorites from our outdoor shoot!

Roommates.
Last but not least, my favorite roomie snapshot. These four local IU ladies were a hoot to work with and were ready for anything! A dog pile was just one of the many poses they dazzled. Skipping, throwing their hair back over their shoulders, holding hands, and throwing leaves were included too. The talented ladies you see below are just some cool, young students who wanted to remember how fun their year was together - and I loved making these memories for them :)
